Through the agency Crafted Writing, I worked with Teachers Mutual Bank on extensive customer communications and campaigns, inluding this #originalinfluencers campaign.
MLC Life Insurance
I worked on extensive customer and adviser communications with this insurer via the agency Crafted Writing. One of the larger projects was writing the copy for their new health and wellbeing program, Vivo, in line with strict brand guidelines. Work included website content, eDMs and pamphlets.
This not-for-profit employed me to research, write and design an extensive suite of factsheets, presentations and educational materials. Topics covering included growing fruit and vegetables at home, pest management, and how to build different hydroponic systems.
Through the agency Crafted Writing, I was engaged to write a series of blog posts on financial literacy skills for the varied audiences of different Teachers Mutual Bank Limited brands. (Another article is here)

I was engaged to research and write a series of blog posts covering different aspects of physical fitness and nutrition. Topics covered including how to increase or maintain bone density, reducing visceral fat levels, and how body composition assessment works.

I was engaged to turn a white paper into a highly visual, entertaining document using the company branding and supplied key points and data.
